Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with a proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify you from participation in the Promotion and/or winning the Prize (as such Prize is defined below).
Employees and relatives of employees the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. The Promoter will not in any event award such a person the Prize, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
The Promotion shall be open ONLY to players who have either made a deposit with the Promoter or have received money into their account from a third party via the Promoter's money transfer feature.
In the event that the Promoter deems that an entrant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and consequently become ineligible to win the Prize.
The Promotion shall commence on February 8, 2010 and shall conclude on May 7, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
Participation in the Promotion shall entitle entrants to win via eight different routes (each a "Route") either a $15,000 WSOP package or a $5000 WSOP side event package (collectively the "Prize") in three consecutive WSOP races of one month each (each a "Race") during the Promotion Period.
The Prize shall consist of eighty eight packages to the WSOP (World Series of Poker) event in a value of either $15,000 or $5000. The $15,000 WSOP package shall include the following: $10,000 main event buy-in; 5 star accommodation in Las Vegas for 10 nights; $2,500 for travel and expenses; special 888 merchandise and access to the Promoter's exclusive party. The $5,000 WSOP side event package shall include the following: $1,000 event buy-in #54 entry (to be played on July 1 or 2, 2010); 5 star accommodation in Las Vegas for 6 nights; $2,500 for travel and expenses; special 888 merchandise and access to the Promoter's exclusive party.
The Races shall take place on the following dates: (i) February 8 – March 7, 2010; (ii) March 8 – April 7, 2010; (iii) April 8 – May 7, 2010.
In the event an entrant wins two $15,000 WSOP packages in the same Race, the second package will be allocated to the next runner up based on the following descending Route order: "Race Your Way", "One for the Ladies", "Cards and Coins", "Persistence Pays", "Tourney Lovers", "Bounty Hunter", "Bring Your Buddies" and "Social Success". For example, if an entrant wins two packages in the same Race through the “Race Your Way” and “One for the Ladies” Routes then the runner up in the “Race Your Way” Route shall win the second package.
Entrants who win two $15,000 WSOP packages in two different Races during the Promotion Period shall be awarded a '2011 Aussie Millions' package of equivalent value instead of the second package that was won.
In the event an entrant wins two $5,000 WSOP side event packages in the same Race, the second package will be allocated to the next runner up based on the following descending Route order: "Race Your Way", "One for the Ladies", "Cards and Coins", "Persistence Pays", "Tourney Lovers", "Bounty Hunter", "Bring Your Buddies" and "Social Success". For example, if an entrant wins two packages in the same Race through the “Race Your Way” and “One for the Ladies” Routes then the runner up in the “Race Your Way” Route shall win the second package.
Entrants who win two $5,000 WSOP side event packages in two different Races during the Promotion Period will be awarded an equivalent live event package at the Promoter's sole discretion, instead of the second package that was won, subject to availability.
It is permitted for entrants to win both a $15,000 WSOP package and a $5,000 WSOP side event package however the Promoter shall not pay travel expenses twice therefore the monetary value of the second package shall be adjusted accordingly.
In the event of a tie between entrants in a certain Race, the one who reached the highest number of points first shall win the Prize.
The winning entrants in the "One for the Ladies" Route will be required to submit to the Promoter an official document attesting to their personal details and gender which must be consistent with the rules of the Route (i.e. that they are indeed women). In the event it transpires that the winner is not a woman such person shall be disqualified from winning the Prize.
In the "Race Your Way" Route only status points earned through playing poker will count for the purpose of winning the Prize.
The YouTube Terms of Service shall apply to the "Social Success" Route. In addition, you hereby grant to the Promoter the full right, title and interest in any videos you shall upload to YouTube in connection with the "Social Success" Route, for the Promoter to publish, post and use such videos in any such manner as it may elect.
In the "Bring Your Buddies" Route each friend you invite who makes a first deposit and accumulates 50 'Status Points' equals 1 point for you as the inviting friend.
In the "Bounty Hunter" Route we reserve the right to add more bounty events as long as the overall number of qualifiers to freerolls will not exceed 120.
Only entrants aged 21 or more shall be eligible for winning the Prize. In the event a winning entrant is under the age of 21 he/she will be awarded a'2011 Aussie Millions' package of equivalent value in exchange of the Prize.
The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth unless by the Promoter and at its sole discretion.
Only real money players as opposed to demo players shall be eligible for participating in the Promotion and winning the Prize.
By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize, along with our standard "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA"). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
The winners of the Prize agree to act as ambassadors for the Promoter at the WSOP events and will fully cooperate with the Promoter's representatives in such regard. The winning entrants may all be required to wear 888.com branded clothing provided by the Promoter at the WSOP events if asked by the Promoter to do so.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
We reserve the right to exclude specific members from participation in the Promotion at our sole discretion.
Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, likeness and image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so should you win the Prize.
By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion (including any of the Routes therein) if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
The winners of the Prize shall be solely responsible for paying any relevant taxes levied in relation to the receipt or payment of the Prize.
The winners' names will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Promoter at the address below.
Please note that 888.com, pacific poker and 888poker are all brand names owned and operated by the Promoter and may therefore be used interchangeably during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of all doubt, these terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion regardless of the brand name appearing on any of the web pages pertaining to the Promotion.

These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
